  • The East Entrance is 25 miles west of 89 in AZ. Its a MUCH better option for getting in and out of the park as there is much less traffic AND all the lookouts are on this side anyways.

  • Most of the view points are free except for a small fee to view the small Colarado river. From the East rim it seems like you see the start of the grand Canyon. This section is the only way to drive.....  more
