  • Just experienced the gin tasting class with David, great knowledge of the process and the product and a lovely guy to boot. Also great to hear about the history of gin. Very generous tasting...

  • What an afternoon we had at the Cambridge gin laboratory. The experience from start to finish was top notch from learning about the gin making process, hearing about the history and a little bit of banter. If you like gin this is a fun afternoon. The experience is an hour long, we made our own bottle after and had a chance to chat with other like minded people. They offer a few drinks along the way which certainly helps get the conversation going. The host was funny and knowledgeable making the whole experience pleasant.
  • We did a cocktail mixing course here and it was so much fun! The mix it course is about an hour long and the whole setup is really classy looking and an overall great value experience. We each made three cocktails: a classic gin and tonic, a gin martini, and a gin basil smash (which was our favourite cocktail of the three). We learned about the distillery and the different tools and techniques for cocktail making. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
