Budapest — 4 nights

Pearl of the Danube
You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.Budapest is known for historic sites, sightseeing, and nightlife. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: ponder the world of politics at Hungarian Parliament Building, contemplate the long history of Dohány Street Synagogue, pause for some photo ops at Heroes' Square, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika).
For photos, traveler tips, other places to visit, and other tourist information, refer to the Budapest tour itinerary tool.
If you are flying in from Singapore, the closest major aiport is Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Expect a daytime high around 25°C in May, and nighttime lows around 11°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 29th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel back home.
