Help wildlife in need at Wildlife SoS Bear Sanctuary, a center which allows volunteers to look after animals and physically interact with them. Volunteers involve themselves in tasks like washing the elephants, building hammocks for sloths, and making enclosure structures. No previous experience is required, just a keen interest in conservation and wildlife. Expect to work in teams under hot and humid conditions. It was an eye opening experience! Very warm and hardworking staff! They have a lot of information about treatment of elephants and the issues. There are volunteering opportunities for people who want to learn more or contribute. I’ll be back.
