Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Prague is an approximately 9-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of shuttle and flight. The time zone changes from Gulf Standard Time (GST) to Central European Time (CET), which is usually a -3 hour difference. Traveling from Dubai in July, expect Prague to be much colder, temps between 30°C and 17°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Mon) so you can go by car to Bratislava.

Drive from Bratislava to Budapest in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. In July in Budapest, expect temperatures between 33°C during the day and 18°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 23rd (Sun) so you can catch the train to Vienna.
